you must pay a $1 non-refundable fee to us using Paypal for your submission to be considered, and it is advised that you submit your artwork from the same email address you use to send the dollar
if you have a problem with using Paypal, just contact us and we'll be happy to make other arrangements with you
in case of tie, whichever submission was received first will be declared winner
artwork does not have to be fine, take a lot of time, or be in good taste. we actually prefer that it is none of those things. just draw us something that you consider inappropriate real quick and send a buck!
